The mandate of the Ministry of Culture revolves around the functions like preservation and conservation of our cultural heritage and promotion of all forms of art and culture, both tangible and intangible.
The Ministry of Ayush, a ministry of the Government of India , is responsible for developing education, research and propagation of indigenous and alternative medicine systems in India. Ayush is a name devised from the names of the alternative healthcare systems covered by the ministry: Ayurveda , Yoga & naturopathy, Unani , Siddha , and Homeopathy .
Dept of Youth Empowerment & Sports, Govt of Karnataka is the nodal organizer for Yogathon2022©. With its network of DYO(s) across the state, it will be working for delivering on the mega Youth out-reach of 1 Crore Kannadiga(s) for the Yogathon2022© event.
The Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Ayush , Government of India. It is the nodal agency for Planning, Training, Promotion and Coordination of Yoga Education, Training, Therapy and Research.

The NYKS is largest and unique grassroot level youth organisation in the world, which integrates power of the youth based on the principle of voluntarism, self-help and community participation. It is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, within the Government of India .
The NSS is an Indian government sector public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India . Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji’s Centenary year in 1969. Aimed at developing student’s personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community linkage.
Karnataka Yogasana Sports Association is affiliated to National Yogasana Sports Federation (NYSF), and is recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
